On 22 and 23 June 2024, Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University was honoured to host Jan van Zwieten, founder and rector of the Netherlands Business Academy, professor, specialist in mediation and conflict resolution, negotiations, and personal development.

Professor Jan van Zwieten has a large number of international certificates, such as DISC, MBTI, WAVE and others. During his visit, Professor signed agreement on cooperation with KSPU, which opens up new opportunities for improving the educational process and professional development of both students and academic staff of the university.

On 23 June, Professor Jan van Zwieten held a training on leadership for KSPU staff. During the training, participants gained valuable knowledge about modern approaches to leadership, strategies for developing leadership skills and effective team management.

Interactive sessions at the training allowed the participants to apply the theoretical knowledge gained in practice, and the discussion of real-life cases helped to better understand the essence of leadership in different contexts.

The staff noted the high professional level of the event and the usefulness of the knowledge and skills gained.

Cooperation with such a well-known expert as Jan van Zwieten is an important step in improving the quality of education and developing international relations of KSPU.
